How does Winlucks work?

Customers can order products from listed merchants through the Winlucks app, collect their orders in-store, and participate in daily and hourly giveaways for a chance to win prizes.

Account & Registration

How do I create an account on Winlucks?

You can sign up using your phone number via the Winlucks mobile app (available on iPhone, iPad, and Android) or the website.

How does Winlucks work?

Customers can order products from listed merchants through the Winlucks app, collect their orders in-store, and participate in daily and hourly giveaways for a chance to win prizes.

Can I use Winlucks without registering?

Browsing is possible without an account, but an account is required to place orders, participate in giveaways, and receive raffle tickets.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a pickup confirmation from the merchant.

What payment methods are accepted?

Winlucks accepts credit/debit cards, and other supported payment options available in UAE.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within the merchant's specified cancellation window. Once confirmed, modifications are not allowed.

Giveaways & Raffle Tickets

How do I participate in giveaways?

Every purchase above AED 10 earns you a raffle ticket for daily, weekly or monthly draws. You can also enter free giveaways hosted by merchants.

How will I know if I won a giveaway?

Winners are notified via the Winlucks app. You can also check the "My Raffles" section in your account.

What happens if I don't claim my prize on time?

Unclaimed prizes within the specified time will be forfeited and may be reallocated to another winner or expire to claim.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and exchanges depend on the merchant’s policies. Check with the respective merchant before purchasing.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed based on merchant’s policies. Contact merchant if you face any issues.

Privacy & Security

Is my personal data safe with Winlucks?

Yes, we follow strict security protocols to protect your information. Your data is only used for processing orders, customer support, and promotional purposes.

Can Winlucks use my name and photo for promotions?

Yes, by using the platform, you agree that Winlucks may display your name, photo, and location in promotional banners, contest winners' announcements, and merchant advertisements. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
